• Wrong items received
• Damaged or defective products

Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us by email at support@doxiecrush.com or by using our contact page immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.  Include a photo of the item showing the problem. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund to you. 

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at support@doxiecrush.com or by using our contact page if you believe you're eligible.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds to your original method of payment will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
